Choose the Right Lift Kit for Your Kawasaki Teryx 800
For models from 2014 to 2021, and the latest from 2022 to 2025, selecting the correct lift kit is crucial due to differences in the front lower shock mount bolt sizes. Kawasaki updated the bolt size in 2022 models to a robust 12mm from the previous 10mm, impacting the compatibility of our lift kits.
Not sure about the year? Ensure to verify your bolt size to choose the appropriate lift kit for your Teryx 800. If your Teryx features a 17mm bolt head at the rear but a smaller one at the front, you need to select option 2014-2021.

Do I Need Wheel Spacers on my Kawasaki Teryx when using a Lift Kit?

Not bad if you're a little mechanically inclined I did the front without talking anything apart or wheels off but you have to take wheels off and undo a arms in the back. And a little tricky putting small spacers in i used magnet screw driver.know to try out and I'm not sure if I have to adjust my shocks yet?

Definitely easier to install with the tires off, but it can be done with them on too. Using a magnetic screwdriver is definitely a good idea — especially for big hands, haha, good point there! As for the shock adjustment, you can leave them as they are with our lift, or adjust if necessary. We don’t have a specific setting we recommend when adding the lift.
Took them 3 days to get it out of their shop. I was leaving for the long weekend so wouldnt be home and simply stated if you havent sent it to not bother because if its going to be late I wont be able to pick it up due to the fact I work 10 hours a day and they'll be closed by the time I get off. They sent it anyway and now want to charge me for a return fee. Will not purchase anything from here especially if I needed it in a timely and professional manner.

We received your order on Thursday, July 24. Normally, it would’ve shipped the next day, Friday the 25th at the latest. However, that week — and the following — I was alone at the shop (Fred here). My team was on vacation due to the construction holidays here in Québec, which affects pretty much everyone in our industry. So yes, I missed the mark on getting your order out as quickly as usual, and I accept that.
That said, the order still shipped on Monday and was scheduled for delivery by Friday — from Québec to Alberta — which is still within our stated 4–6 business day timeframe for Alberta deliveries.
I understand you weren’t available to receive the package on Friday. As mentioned in our shipping policy, if a customer refuses or doesn’t accept a delivery, the return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Now that everything’s been laid out clearly, I just want to wish you a great day despite all this. No hard feelings on my end, and I genuinely hope it’s the same for you. Installation of the Perfex 2” Lift Kit on my 2014 Kawasaki Teryx 4 was a breeze!
High Quality materials, great design with no drilling required, the Lift Kit has increased the clearance and given a more aesthetically pleasing look with an aggressive stance. My 27” tires have great clearance now.

Just want to say Thanks for this Perfect 2” Bracket lift. Went in super easy in a few hours out in the shop. Instructions were ok. Fit is really nice with no drilling or monkeying around.

2018 T4 800 - The kit arrived on time and seems well made. The instructions were easy to understand and the kit was easy to install on both front and rear. Total install time was about 2hrs start to finish. I didn't take measurements before, but I'd estimate about 1.5 - 2in of lift. On the trails I didn't bottom out like I had previously.

Product arrived quickly and fit and finish was excellent.
Installation was very easy with the supplied paper instructions even for a non-mechanic in a basic garage. Very pleased that I did not have to drill or modify anything to make it fit.

Great lift kit and easy to install. I liked the fact that there was no drilling required unlike other lift kits I looked at. I also installed the recommended spacers since I stayed with the stock rims, tires/wheels are my next upgrade. One word of caution, be sure to check the max torque listed for the spacers. The Teryx lug nut torque is recommended at 88.5 ft-lbs but the spacers are only 70 to 80 ft-lbs max torque. I learned this the hard way so hoping to prevent others from making the same mistake. Customer service at this shop is fantastic. They responded to all of my questions quickly and gave me the information I was looking for. I highly recommend these guys.

Ordered the lift kit for my 2015 Teryx 2. It was shipped quickly and delivered fast. I was really surprised with the quality. Very well made with a tough black coating. The instructions were very clear with a picture for each step. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to install by myself and fit perfect. Bike has just over 2 inches of extra clearance now. Just what I was looking for. I would definitely buy it again for another bike if I needed it.

Kit was great, it fit good, all hardware was there, please please please do not stop sending paper instructions. Other companies make you get the instructions online to save a piece of paper but it is not worth it.

Overall pretty good ,set my machine up nice...I only wish the rear (black) spacers were the same size OD as the shock bushings & I can't understand why the front lower spacers were steel & the rears were alumnium ??

This lift was easy to install and gave a true 2” lift. Love the added clearance and will make big difference when theres 4 people. I did find the ride rougher at first. After disconnecting the front sway bar it was back to the way it was before with no notice body roll.
