Shipping Destination

We are dedicated to delivering our premium ATV and UTV accessories to enthusiasts around the globe. Our shipping services span across North America and extend to numerous international destinations, ensuring that our products are accessible wherever your adventures may lead.

Within North America:

  • Canada
  • United States (including Alaska)

Internationally, we ship to the following countries:

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
  • Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.
  • Other Territories: New Caledonia

 

Shipping Method and Fees

Canada:

For our valued Canadian customers, we provide Standard Ground shipping via FedEx, GLS, or Purolator, ensuring fast, reliable and efficient delivery service. Enjoy free shipping for most destination in Canada on orders over $200 CAD.

Important Note: Northern provinces such as Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland do not qualify for free shipping due to significantly high surcharges from shipping companies.

United States:

For our customers in the United States, we offer UPS Standard Ground shipping, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. Enjoy free shipping to the 48 contiguous states on orders over $200 USD.

Important Note: Orders shipped to Alaska, as well as to any territories outside the 48 contiguous states, are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping fees for Alaska and other non-contiguous territories are calculated based on weight/volume and the customer's address.

International Orders:

For our international customers outside of Canada and the USA, shipping is provided via UPS Worldwide Express. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination's weight/volume, and address. While international orders do not qualify for free shipping, we strive to provide competitive rates and expedient delivery to Europe, Oceania, and other specified territories.

 

Order Processing

Same Day Shipping

Orders are processed the same day or the next business day. Orders received before 10 AM (CST) are typically shipped the same day, ensuring that your products are on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Holidays and weekends will delay shipping to the next business day, as our shipping partners do not operate on these days. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

To help you better understand when to expect your order, we've provided detailed maps for both Canada and the United States, showcasing the approximate delivery times based on your location. Whether you're ordering from the bustling cities or the serene countryside, these maps offer a visual guide to help set the right expectations for your delivery.

Orders For Canada

Our delivery map of Canada highlights the estimated transit times from our Quebec-based manufacturing facility to your doorstep. While most urban areas enjoy swift delivery, please note that more remote regions might experience slightly longer shipping times due to their distance from our distribution center.

Orders For the United States

The U.S. delivery map outlines the expected delivery times across the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground shipping, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. Please remember, orders to Alaska and non-contiguous states and territories may have varied delivery times and are detailed separately.

Customs and International Taxes

Canada:

For our valued Canadian customers, there are no associated customs fees for orders shipped within Canada. All orders are shipped directly from our manufacture located in Quebec, Canada, ensuring a seamless and cost-efficient delivery process. Enjoy shopping without the worry of unexpected charges.

United States:

Under the Tariff Act's Section 321, shipments to a single U.S. recipient with a total value of $800 or less, per day, may qualify for duty-free entry. This benefit, known as a de minimis entry, allows for faster and more cost-efficient shipping without incurring customs duties or taxes. PERFEX Industries endeavors to facilitate this advantage for eligible U.S. orders, enhancing your shopping experience with us.

International Orders:

International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, and associated assessments. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping/handling charges paid at checkout. Customs and/or brokerage fees are typically levied by the delivery company upon arrival in the destination country.

 

Special Notes and Exceptions

Please be advised, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
