Upgrade your Polaris Sportsman 850, Sportsman XP 1000, or Sportsman XP 1000 S (55-inch wide models) with our premium-quality wheel spacers. Compatible with popular trims such as Premium, Trail, and High Lifter Edition, as well as Touring models, these spacers are crafted from high-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a durable silver anodized coating. They improve stability, widen your stance, and give your ATV a more aggressive off-road look.
SPORTSMAN 850/XP 1000 | 4x156 Wheel Spacers with M10-1.25 Studs
Our aluminum spacers for Polaris Sportsman models feature a 4x156 bolt pattern and M10-1.25 studs (Grade 12.9), ensuring perfect compatibility and dependable strength for demanding off-road conditions.
Compatible with Sportsman 550 and X2 Models
These wheel spacers are also compatible with select Polaris Sportsman XP 550, Sportsman Touring 550, and Sportsman X2 models. Enjoy the same premium fitment, durability, and off-road stability across a wide range of Polaris ATV platforms.
Note: Please note that other Polaris Sportsman platforms, such as the Sportsman 450 and Sportsman 570, use the same 4x156 bolt pattern but are equipped with different wheel studs (3/8"-24). As a result, these wheel spacers are not compatible with those Sportsman models.

Our lug-centric Polaris wheel spacers are designed for a super easy, do-it-yourself installation. Each kit includes 2 spacers, allowing you to upgrade your Sportsman 850/XP 1000 quickly without professional help. Purchase two kits to outfit both the front and rear wheels.
Note: We strongly recommend applying blue Loctite to your ATV's studs when installing the aluminum wheel spacers.
